Project Stork was developed many years ago for the benefit of our members who have given birth to or adopted a child. This benefit provides a $50.00 U.S. Savings Bond issued to the child with the member named as the co-owner.

Guidelines:

The member must be in "good standing" (dues up to date)

Completed application postmarked no later than 90 days following the birth/adoption.

Application must be notarized and must be accompanied by a photocopy (not returned) of the birth-adoption certificate and mailed to:
